Who is this program for?

Individuals ready to move beyond people-pleasing, self-abandonment, and overextending themselves while rebuilding with intention, boundaries, and self-trust.

What if I can’t attend one week live?

Because this is a private and intimate experience, sessions will not be recorded. Depending on availability, makeup opportunities may be possible during a future cohort. 

Is payment due immediately?

No. Completing the interest form does not require payment at this time.

Yes. Flexible payment options are available.
