An 11/11 PCP Mindset Retreat Experience

The Gateway Within is an invitation to step away from the noise, turn inward, and create space for what is ready to emerge.

Held on 11/11, this retreat offers space for reflection, alignment, intention, and new beginnings. Through thoughtfully guided experiences, you’ll have an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and remember the power you hold to create what comes next.

We will offer a thoughtfully guided blend of:

• Reflection & journaling 
• Mindfulness & meditation 
• Authentic conversation & connection 
• Interactive experiences 
• Space for rest and stillness 

You’re invited to engage in the ways that feel supportive to you. There is no pressure to share, perform, or participate beyond your comfort level.

Dress comfortably and bring anything that will help you feel supported and at ease throughout the day.

• A journal and writing tool 
• A yoga mat, blanket, and/or cushion for added comfort during meditation and rest 
• A water bottle 

A limited number of mats and cushions will be available. PCP Mindset journals will also be available for purchase.

This experience is free to attend, with advance registration encouraged.

Walk-ins are welcome and will be asked to register upon arrival.
